This legislation adjusts the motor vehicle exemption found in Section 11-605, Idaho Code, and clarifies the
definition of a motor vehicle.
FISCAL NOTE
The legislation will not impact the General Fund because it redefines exemptions in Section 11-605, Idaho
Code, and the exemption amount given to debtors.
