STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30454 / H0262
This would allow juvenile criminal records to be expunged at three years after meeting the requirements, rather
than the current five years. To a juvenile, the two years would allow many to move on to better things.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation causes no additional expenditure of funds at the state or local level of government, nor does it
cause an increase or decrease in revenue for state or local government. Therefore the legislation has no fiscal
impact.
