STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of this legislation is to provide flexibility in the makeup of an impact fee advisory committee to
ensure it is representative of the area it serves.
FISCAL NOTE
There will be no impact to the General Fund. Changes in the makeup of the committee could result in minimal
administrative costs to a local unit of government.
