STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30137 / S1037
This legislation removes outdated language added to Idaho Code in 1971 requiring worker compensation
insurance companies to have a physical location in Idaho or only contract with Idaho resident adjusters.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation does not impact the regulation or oversight of the industry. Therefore, there is no fiscal impact
to the General Fund. There is no fiscal impact on local government funds.
