STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30060 / S1016
This legislation amends section 67-2802A and prohibits all public entities and political subdivisions in Idaho
from requiring public works contractors to provide restroom and changing room facilities that they own or
control on any basis other than biological sex.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the general fund or local governments because this legislation only changes the
requirements of provisions in certain contracts.
