STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS29980 / S1010
This legislation amends Section 49-639 regarding slow moving vehicles. Vehicles that are moving slower than
normal speed of traffic will have to turn off of the roadway at the next available location where it is safe and
reasonable to do so.
FISCAL NOTE
There is no fiscal impact to the general fund or local governments.
