STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS30006 / S1008
This legislation amends Chapter 33, Title 18, Idaho Code, to prohibit the administrations of public colleges
and universities from placing limitations on the possession, carrying, or transporting of concealed weapons or
ammunition on campus grounds.
FISCAL NOTE
This legislation should have minimal impact on the general fund. The only costs associated with this legislation
are related to the printing and dissemination of the change to Idaho Code.
