STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS29894 / H0811
This legislation outlines when a public records request is made of a legislator, the request shall include
notification to the Legislative Services Office. Such requests, when made of the body as a whole, shall include
the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Temp respectively.
FISCAL NOTE
There is minimal fiscal impact since the purpose is to update sections of Idaho code with consistency of current
practices.
