This legislation affirms that campaign contact information is publicly available from the Secretary of State's
Office to those who request it, as has been the historical practice.
FISCAL NOTE
Some cost may be incurred for the Secretary of the State's Office to make slight adjustments to electronic filing
forms. As this legislation deals with items within already required forms and filings, the initial cost should be
minimal. No ongoing additional costs should be incurred by state or local government entities in Idaho.
