STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS29603 / S1339
This bill adds language to our current Public Records Act to designate a custodian of Public Record Requests.
It provides that the Legislative Services Office is the custodian for Legislative Records and that requests for
such shall be made to the Legislative Services Office.
FISCAL NOTE
There is minimal fiscal impact since the purpose is to update sections of Idaho Code for consistency with current
practices.
