STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
                                                     RS29033 / S1296
This proposed legislation will continue the reorganization of the Idaho Division of Occupational and
Professional Licenses consistent with the Executive Order 2020-10. The proposal will align the reference
terms of the former Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses into the Idaho Division of Occupational and
Professional Licenses. In addition, the proposal will align the reference terms of the bureau chief of the
Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses to be the administrator of the Idaho Division of Occupational and
Professional Licenses.
                                                     FISCAL NOTE
There is no impact to the General Fund, nor to the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses
dedicated fund. This proposal simply aligns Idaho Code references for the interpretation purposes of the Idaho
Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses and Division administrator.
