STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
RS29217 / H0507
To provide for lighted arrow nocks and mechanical broad heads in Idaho for archery hunting. Lighted nocks
make it easier for a hunter to recover lost arrows which would be more environmentally safe and protect
unsuspected game or people using the great outdoors. Mechanical broad heads create higher accuracy as well
as a more humane kill and will decrease the waste of game from injuries and lost kills. Both will assist in
recovery of wildlife and provide a greater level of safety.
FISCAL NOTE
There will be no fiscal impact implementing this legislation.
