The curriculum for grades seven and eight must include instruction on human biology related to pregnancy and human development inside the womb, while the health curriculum for grades nine through twelve must also cover these topics.

Additionally, the bill stipulates that the curriculum must feature a high-definition ultrasound video, lasting at least three minutes, that illustrates the development of vital organs during early fetal development. It also requires a high-quality, computer-generated animation that depicts the process of fertilization and the stages of human development inside the uterus, highlighting significant markers in cell growth and organ development throughout pregnancy. These requirements aim to provide students with comprehensive education on human growth and development, particularly concerning pregnancy.
