Furthermore, the bill stipulates that the railroad corporation is responsible for all costs associated with complying with these requirements. It also establishes that any railroad corporation that neglects or refuses to comply with these provisions will be liable for damages resulting from such neglect or refusal, simplifying the process for injured parties to recover damages by only needing to prove the corporation's failure to comply.
