Additionally, the bill stipulates that if a court orders a person to complete such remedial actions, the district court clerk must forward a copy of the order to the DOT within ten days. Furthermore, the clerk is required to notify the DOT within ten days of receiving confirmation that the individual has completed the remedial action.
