Additionally, the bill introduces new provisions that permit the use of consumer fireworks on the date of the general election, specifically on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November during even-numbered years, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. It also specifies that consumer fireworks can be used on July 4 and the weekends surrounding it until 11:00 p.m., while maintaining other existing time restrictions for fireworks usage.
