House Concurrent Resolution No. by Grassley and Konfrst calls for a joint convention of the Iowa House of Representatives and Senate to discuss the condition of the Iowa National Guard. This event is scheduled for January 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. during the 2025 session of the Ninety-first General Assembly.

The resolution also extends an invitation to Major General Stephen E. Osborn to present his insights and message regarding the status of the Iowa National Guard at this convention.
