AN ACT
RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF ALL-TERRAIN AND OFF-ROAD UTILITY
VEHICLES ON STATE PARK ROAD SYSTEMS.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
1 Section 1. Section 321I.10, Code 2024, is amended by adding
2 the following new subsection:
3 NEW SUBSECTION. 2A. A registered all-terrain vehicle or
4 off-road utility vehicle may be operated on state park road
5 systems, and may be operated anywhere within the boundaries of
6 a state park that a motor vehicle required to be registered
7 under chapter 321 is authorized to operate.
