EXTENDING THE REPEAL DATE OF THE IOWA CELL SITING ACT.
2 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
1 Section 1. Section 8C.9, Code 2024, is amended to read as
2 follows:
3 8C.9 Repeal.
4 This chapter is repealed July 1, 2025 2035.
