RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT COORDINATING
COUNCIL.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
1 Section 1. Section 256A.3, subsections 4 and 7, Code 2021,
2 are amended by striking the subsections.
