The purpose of this measure is to urge the Hawaii Tourism
Authority, in consultation with the Office of Enterprise
Technology Services to conduct a study of the social and safety
impacts of geotagging in the State.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your
Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your
Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.R. No. 131 and
recommends its adoption.
