135 entitled:
“HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION TO STUDY AND RECOMMEND SOLUTIONS TO RESOLVE
SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES CAUSED BY BARGE DELAYS TO LANA’I,”

The purpose of this measure is to request the Department of
Transportation to conduct a study and offer recommendations
regarding means by which Lãna’i’s supply chain issues caused by
barge delays due to poor weather and ocean conditions may be
resolved.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your
Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your
Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.C.R. No. 135
and recommends its adoption.
