Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred H.R. No.
114, H.D. 1, entitled:
“HOUSE RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF
HONOLULU, TO INSTALL SPEED BUMPS, SPEED DETECTION DEVICES,
PHOTO RED LIGHT IMAGING DETECTOR SYSTEMS, AND OTHER SAFETY
MEASURES IN HOUSE DISTRICT 32,”
begs leave to report as follows:
The purpose of this measure is to request the Department of
Transportation in partnership with the City and County of
Honolulu, to install speed bumps, speed detection devices, photo
red light imaging detector systems, and other safety measures in
House District 32.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your
Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your
Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.R. No. 114,
H.D. 1, and recommends its adoption.
