‘HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING PRIVATE BUSINESSES
WITH THIRTY OR MORE EMPLOYEES TO HAVE AN AUTOMATED EXTERNAL
DEFIBRILLATOR ON-SITE,

The purpose of this measure is to encourage private
businesses with thirty or more employees to have an automated
external defibrillator on—site.
Your Committee received testimony in support from the AED
Institute and one individual.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your
Committee on Consumer Protection & Commerce that is attached to
this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of
H.C.R. No. 86 and recommends its adoption.
