The purpose of this measure is to request the Hawaii
Emergency Management Agency to install a new emergency siren in
upper Pacific Palisades, Oahu, to increase emergency management
protections.
As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your

Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.R. No. 73 and
recommends its adoption.
