A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to incorporate the City of Tucker, approved May 12, 2015 (Ga. L. 2015, p. 3897), as amended, so as to provide for the annexation of certain territory into the boundaries of the city; to provide for related matters; to provide for a referendum; to provide for a contingent effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
