A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating the Clayton County Water Authority, approved March 7, 1955 (Ga. L. 1955, p. 3344), as amended, so as to authorize the board of the authority to fix the compensation and reimbursement of expenses for members of the board; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
