A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 6 of Chapter 11 of Title 9 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to trials under the "Civil Practice Act," so as to provide for scheduling of civil trials; to provide for trial calendars for certain civil actions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
