A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to property, so as to prohibit the placement of wheel restraints on trespassing motor vehicles; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
