A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 17 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to notaries public, so as to provide for members of the armed forces on active duty to use online notaries public for certain matters; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
