A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 13 of Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the O.C.G.A., relating to food service establishments, so as to prohibit a third-party food delivery service from committing unfair, unsafe, and unhealthy practices in this state; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
