Furthermore, the bill amends section 1012.22 to define "good cause" for rejecting employee nominations and prohibits school district employees from being required or incentivized to sign nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements. It also states that school districts cannot impose conditions on employment that would circumvent this prohibition. The bill is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
