Furthermore, the bill amends existing law by revising the designation of the Nolte Road interchange in Osceola County, changing it from the Florida Turnpike interchange to the Senator N. Ray Carroll Memorial Interchange. The Department of Transportation is tasked with erecting markers for this interchange as well. The act is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
