The bill amends section 741.325 of the Florida Statutes to allow batterers intervention programs to offer supplemental faith-based activities to participants. A new subsection (2) is added, which specifies that while these programs may provide such activities, participation in them cannot be mandated as a requirement of the intervention program.

Additionally, the existing subsection (2) is redesignated as subsection (3) to accommodate this change. The bill is set to take effect on July 1, 2026.
