This bill amends section 320.08056 of the Florida Statutes concerning specialty license plates, specifically the Florida Wildflower license plate. The annual use fee for this plate is increased to $25; however, a discount is provided for owners who purchase the plate for more than ten vehicles, reducing the fee to $15 per plate for those additional vehicles.
