The bill proposes the creation of an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) specialty license plate in Florida, as outlined in the newly added subsection (136) to section 320.08058 of the Florida Statutes. The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is tasked with developing the design of the plate, which will feature the word "Florida" at the top and "UFC Lives Here" at the bottom.

Additionally, the bill stipulates that the annual use fees collected from the sale of the UFC license plate will be distributed to the UFC Foundation, a nonprofit organization. The foundation is permitted to use up to 10 percent of the proceeds for promotional activities related to the plate, while the remaining funds will support various charitable initiatives in Florida, including children's hospitals, assistance for first responders and military personnel, youth advocacy, and mentorship programs in collaboration with local law enforcement. The act is set to take effect on October 1, 2026.
