House Concurrent Resolution 1635 extends the 2025 Regular Session of the Florida Legislature until 11:59 p.m. on June 18, 2025. Initially scheduled to conclude on May 2, 2025, the session was previously extended to June 6, 2025, through House Concurrent Resolution 1631. However, due to the unfinished business of the session, this further extension is necessary to allow the Legislature to complete its tasks.

During this extended session, the Legislature will only consider specific measures, including House Joint Resolution 5019 and Senate Joint Resolution 1908, while all other measures have been indefinitely postponed and withdrawn from consideration as of May 3, 2025. The resolution also allows either house to reconvene at the discretion of its presiding officer and stipulates that the Legislature will adjourn sine die either on June 18, 2025, or upon concurrent motions to adjourn.
