The bill amends section 607.0122 of the Florida Statutes to establish specific filing fees for expedited services related to document submissions. It outlines that individuals can request expedited services by submitting a request form either in person or electronically, but not through mail. The new fees for expedited services include $1,000 for requests requiring service within one hour, $300 for service within three hours, and $100 for same-day service, all of which must be paid in addition to the standard filing fees.

Furthermore, the bill specifies that expedited service fees can be paid via credit card, check, money order, or through a pre-established customer deposit account, but not in cash.
