This bill proposes the creation of specialty license plates for Miami Dade College and St. Petersburg College, amending section 320.08058 of the Florida Statutes. Similarly, the St. Petersburg College license plate fees will be distributed to the St. Petersburg College Foundation, Inc., with 10% for administrative costs, 40% dedicated to student scholarships, and 50% aimed at funding initiatives that support student success in emerging technologies and workforce development.
