House Amendment – Barcode 953311 modifies the definition of “attractive to children” to
remove the addition of any flavoring for hemp extract intended for inhalation. Additionally, it
increases the limit for total delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol concentration for hemp extract to 5
milligrams per serving and 50 milligrams per container, versus 2 milligrams per serving and 10
milligrams per container in the underlying bill. The amendment modifies the definition of “hemp
extract” to include hemp that is intended for inhalation, remove mention of synthetic or naturally
occurring versions of controlled substances to clarify it applies to all controlled substances listed
in s. 893.03, F.S., and specify it does not contain any quantity of synthetic cannabinoids.
