II.Summary of Amendments Contained in Message:
House Amendment — 264549 removes the requirement on qualified improvement financing
agreements for both residential and commercial property that the program administrator must
make a finding that the combined mortgage-related debt and total amount of non-ad valorem
assessments does not exceed 97 percent of the just value of the property as determined by the
property appraiser. The amendment also deletes an erroneous internal reference to s. 163.082(6).
