1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to economic and vocational
3 development; amending ss. 288.9604 and 413.615, F.S.;
4 extending the scheduled date of repeal of the Florida
5 Development Finance Corporation and the Florida
6 Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation, respectively;
7 providing an effective date.

9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 288.9604, Florida
12 Statutes, is amended to read:
13 288.9604 Creation of the corporation.—
14 (5) This section is repealed July 1, 2027 2023, and July 1
15 of every fourth year thereafter, unless reviewed and saved from
16 repeal by the Legislature.
17 Section 2. Subsection (14) of section 413.615, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 413.615 Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation.—
20 (14) REPEAL.—This section is repealed October 1, 2027
21 2023, unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature.
22 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023.
