House Amendment — 378465 clarifies that the provisions regarding proper notice of proposed
ordinances when consideration is continued to a secondary meeting only apply to county and
municipal ordinances. The amendment also revises the same provisions’ retroactive application
language to remove the exception for previously filed court challenges.
