II.Summary of Amendments Contained in Message:
House Amendment – 344275 removes the continuation of the exemption from public records
disclosure requirements for records collected for purposes of dependent eligibility verification
services. The exemption for these records is the substance of HB 1445.
The amendment also makes nonsubstantive changes regarding the specified information that may
be collected by the department to verify the eligibility of dependents participating in the State
Group Insurance Program.
