3 Pinellas County - Pinellas County Schools Joint Use
4 Recreation Facility; providing an appropriation;

7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Pinellas County - Pinellas County Schools Joint
10 Use Recreation Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined
11 in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is
12 described in Appropriations Project Request 1003, herein
13 incorporated by reference.
14 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
15 of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the
16 Department of Education to fund the Pinellas County - Pinellas
17 County Schools Joint Use Recreation Facility as described in
18 Appropriations Project Request 1003.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
