8 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10 Section 1. Section 569.0025, Florida Statutes, is
11 repealed.
12 Section 2. Section 569.315, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
