7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Pasco-Hernando State College - Tampa Bay
10 Regional Logistics Academy is an Appropriations Project as
11 defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representa tives and
12 is described in Appropriations Project Request 1515, herein
13 incorporated by reference.
14 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
15 of $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to
16 the Department of Education to fund the Pasco-Hernando State
17 College - Tampa Bay Regional Logistics Academy as described in
18 Appropriations Project Request 1515.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
