7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Second Chance Program - 6th Judicial Circuit is
10 an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida
11 House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations
12 Project Request 862, herein incorporated by reference.
13 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
14 of $346,735 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the
15 Department of Corrections to fund the Second Chance Program -
16 6th Judicial Circuit as described in Appropriations Project
17 Request 862.
18 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
