7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Ludlam Trail Corridor High Speed Fiber Internet
10 Infrastructure is an Appropriations Project as defined in The
11 Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described
12 in Appropriations Project Request 370, herein incorporated by
13 reference.
14 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
15 of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to
16 the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Ludlam Trail
17 Corridor High Speed Fiber Internet Infrastructure as described
18 in Appropriations Project Request 370.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
