7 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9 Section 1. Naples Botanical Garden Florida Center for
10 Nature-based Solutions at Phase 3 is an Appropriations Project
11 as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives
12 and is described in Appropriations Project Request 505, herein
13 incorporated by reference.
14 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum
15 of $650,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the
16 Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Naples
17 Botanical Garden Florida Center for Nature-based Solutions at
18 Phase 3 as described in Appropriations Project Request 505.
19 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
